# ChessHints

> Free chess analyzer, daily puzzles, play vs AI, and play vs a friend. No signup required.

ChessHints (https://chesshints.com) is a free web app for finding the best move in any position, solving tactics, and playing chess in the browser. The analyzer uses a strong chess engine in the browser. Puzzles use progressive hints. Play vs Friend uses Glicko-2 rating. The site is in English and is free.

To analyze a position, open the homepage and set up the board, or pass a FEN: `https://chesshints.com/?fen=FEN_STRING`.
